Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers to AadiFit Performance Lab or Elite Coaching are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. No questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the premium tools and features within your first 7 days, contact us for a complete refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email info@aadifit.com from the email address associated with your subscription. Include: your full name, the email used for subscription, date of payment, and reason for refund (optional). Refund requests are processed within 24 hours. Funds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
3. After 7 Days
After the 7-day guarantee period, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Email info@aadifit.com with your registered email address and the word “Cancel” in the subject line. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours. No cancellation fees are charged. After cancellation: your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period, you retain full access to all free tools, and your saved data (workout plans, progress history) remains accessible.
5. Coaching Services
Refunds for 1-on-1 coaching services are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with coaching within the first session, contact info@aadifit.com to discuss options. Coaching packages that have been partially delivered are eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly at info@aadifit.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any payment disputes promptly and fairly.
