When you use AadiFit, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number (for coaching clients), and fitness data you voluntarily provide through our tools (weight, height, age, body measurements, goals, dietary preferences). If you upload photos for transformation analysis, those images are processed for analysis and are not stored permanently or shared with third parties.

2. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay (razorpay.com). We do not store your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and processed directly by Razorpay, subject to their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to: provide our fitness tools and generate personalized results, process subscription payments, communicate service updates and important account information via email, and improve our tools and user experience. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with: Razorpay for payment processing, and hosting infrastructure providers necessary to operate our website.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for basic website functionality (session management, preference storage). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Tool data (such as saved workout plans or progress data) may be stored in your browser's local storage for your convenience.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.

7. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as you maintain an active account or subscription. Tool-generated data (workout plans, meal plans, analysis results) is processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers unless you explicitly save it to your dashboard. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@aadifit.com. We will respond within 30 days.

AadiFit is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
